FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Below are the answers to some of our most common questions. Please contact us directly via phone or email if you have any additional questions about our services. We are always happy to talk with you about your project.
How far in advance should I book your services?
We recommend inquiring and booking wedding and event services as soon as possible. Due to the high demand for weekend events, some popular dates book a year or two in advance. Most commercial production projects can be accommodated in a two to three week time frame. Please note, additional time may be required to source equipment for advanced productions.

If we are unable to accommodate your requested date or project, we will work to provide you with recommendations for alternative services providers.
DO YOU TRAVEL?
Yes, we will travel anywhere for your project. We are located in Upstate New York, and primarily provide services to the surrounding regions. However, we love to travel and capture destination weddings. Please note, additional fees for our travel expenses may apply.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
If you need to cancel your event, any deposits made to secure your date will not be refunded. If you reschedule your event to a date we are available on, we will move your event at no additional cost. If we are not available on your rescheduled date, we will consider it a cancellation.
What is your drone policy?
We are F.A.A. certified commercial drone pilots. We have to follow F.A.A. guidelines; in some cases, we are legally unable to fly. We will not fly in weather that we deem inclement and unsafe. In the event we are unable to capture drone footage on your scheduled services date, we will either capture the footage on another date, or we will refund any fees paid for drone services.
What is Raw Footage? Do you deliver raw footage?
Raw Footage is all the unedited video, photo, and audio files that we capture. We believe you deserve to have access to this footage and we are happy to share it with you. Please note, the raw footage can be challenging to navigate for some individuals. For weddings, the raw footage normally requires 300 to 500 Gigabytes of storage space. An additional fee may apply for the time and equipment required to transfer the raw footage.
How long does it take to complete a project?
The total time to complete your project will depend on the complexity of the project and our existing workload. For weddings and events the average delivery time is six weeks. A delivery estimate will be agreed upon by all parties in writing. Additional time will be required to address any requested revisions.
What is a Service Agreemnt?
Most projects will require a contractual service agreement be signed by all parties involved prior to beginning work. The contract includes a description of the work to be completed, delivery times, and the terms of service.
Do you require a deposit to save a date?
We require a deposit to save your date on our calendar. The deposit total will go towards the total price. The deposit amount varies by project type.
